Service Dog Team, Jessica and Jasper

Carolina Canines is very proud to announce our latest Service Dog Team, Jessica and her new partner Jasper.

Working in conjunction with "Make a Wish Foundation" in granting the wish of 12 year old Jessica to have a Service Dog, Carolina Canines is proud to have been able to assist in her wish.

"Meeting a celebrity or going to Disney World would only last a day or two but a Service Dog I can have for a long time," were the words of 12 year old Jessica who has Osteo-Genesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease).

Jasper, a 2½ year-old Chocolate Lab, assists Jessica by pulling her wheelchair, retrieving and carrying items, and comforting her during recovery from broken bones.

Jasper is from an unwanted litter in Wilmington, N.C. and the brother of another Service Dog (Jacob) placed months ago by Carolina Canines.

Congratulations, Jessica and Jasper!
